Anti-L-Ficolin (human)
Anti-L-Ficolin (human) ABS 005-16
的詳細(xì)介紹
- Product name
- Anti-L-Ficolin (human)
- Description
-
Mouse monoclonal antibody
- Specificity
L-Ficolin (Ficolin-2) is an innate immunity pattern recognition molecule found in human serum. L-Ficolin binds to distinct pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMP), such as carbohydrates (GlcNAc), lipoteichoic acid and acetylated groups thereby facilitating phagocytosis and activation of complement through the lectin route using the same serine proteases as mannose-binding lectin (MBL) named MASP ((MBL)-associated serine protease) (1).
- Immunogen
Purified procaryot expressed recombinant human L-Ficolin and full-length L-Ficolin (Ficolin-2) protein?
- Species reactivity (positive)
- Human
- Species reactivity (negative)
- Not determined
- Content
Available in 200 μL and 1 mL size.1 mg/mL +/- 15%. See Certificate of Analysis for details.
- Purification
- Protein-A purified
- Solvent
- 0.01 M phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, containing 0.5 M NaCl and 15 mM sodium azide
- Storage
- 4-8oC without exposure to light. No precautions necessary during handling.

- Application 1
ELISA
ABS 005-16 is especially well suited as capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA in combination with ABS 005-19. Furthermore, in ELISA, ABS 005-16 reacts with recombinant L-Ficolin coated directly into the microtiter well (1).
- Application 2
WB
ABS 005-16 can be used in Western blotting.
